Integration model
All integrations follow the same model: HomeBase pulls data from the provider on a configurable schedule, normalises it into the HLD data schema, and makes it available across the platform — alerts, devices, identity, compliance, and analytics.
- Integrations are configured per tenant — not globally.
- Pull intervals range from real-time (via webhook/event stream) to every 15 minutes depending on the provider.
- Credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never logged.
- Each integration requires only the minimum scopes needed for its function — these are documented on each integration page.
